We just returned from Paris Coffee Festival, and I was genuinely impressed with how specialty coffee is being presented in Paris. Coffee was brewed well. The presentation was based on flavour and rooted in integrity of the quality and product. It was so approachable and it was in it's own category. No talking about a poor farmer, or romanticising something. Our amies discussing coffee the way they discuss wine and cheese: with knowledge, passion, and zero fluff. That's what specialty coffee should feel like everywhere.

The best part of Paris? The conversations. Ideas being shared. Challenges being discussed honestly between people who care deeply about coffee.

The coffee community — when it's on — is something special.

Paris reminded us why we do this work.

Build partnerships with roasters who value consistency, transparency, and quality. Share Guatemala's coffee culture with people who celebrate it authentically. Connect with a community that gets it.

À bientôt, Paris. Until next time. ☕🇫🇷
